However, if there is a case where our clients are not fully satisfied with any of our services, we prioritize our focus in correcting the situation once the issue is brought to our notice.
This page serves to inform customers about the policies of GTaxes regarding our refund policy. Refunds will be granted in those exceptional cases where we have failed our customers. These will be reviewed strictly on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be issued if buyers cancel our services on their end, either intentionally or by accident. Refunds will only be made if duplicate payments have been debited due to technical errors from our servers.
In the unlikely event of miscalculation of any charges, we will transfer the corresponding amount back after conducting the appropriate inquiries.
Refund requests must be made within 5 working days from the date of payment.
Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date the issue was raised.
Misuse of our policies in any manner can lead to cancellation of the refund payment. We may also terminate the services that you have subscribed to with us without further notice. Misusing our policies will also lead to restrictions on undertaking any of our services in the future.
Refund requests and raising of issues must be done in writing. All communication must be through the email ID registered with our services. Please note that incorrect communication data may lead to refunds being cancelled from our side.
We reserve all the rights to issue a refund and the decision will be made solely by us in all circumstances.
Processing refunds are subject to verification of allegation and information provided. Therefore, appropriate time will be taken to thoroughly examine the issue.
Refunds will be issued only after deducting all applicable taxes or finance charges.
On payments made to GTaxes, the advance fees credited by the client is retained in the registered account of the clients. The fees are different for different services we provide. Rates may also vary depending on the completion of the services assigned to us such as providing client portal access, assigning relationship manager, obtaining DIN, the filing of forms, etc.
Refund will be in no form credited back to clients for earned fee due to the resources and working hours invested in delivering the service. GTaxes will also not hold ourselves accountable for refund or credit for the payments made to government entities (filing fees or taxes). Upon meeting the criteria for refund eligibility, GTaxes shall be liable to pay only the fee amount paid by the client as the refund amount.
